Basing ourselves near Maidstone, we embark on a journey through enchanted gardens and mazes through to elaborate mansions and castles. Cotswold Magic

The picturesque country thatched cottage and the rolling hills of the Cotswold Downs to the established city of Oxford and its famous university, makes this experience one to remember. Residing in the Edwardian town of Cheltenham, we travel back through the centuries to the Roman city of Bath to the industrial revolution of Bristol and the works of Isambard Kingdom Brunel – regarded by many as the greatest engineer that ever lived. The lions at Longleat also make an appearance, making it a roaring adventure!

Realm of York

Discovered by the Romans, conquered by the Vikings, Saxons, Scots and eventually the Normans, York has seen it all and so will you! This historic city is where we shall remain for the delights of Northern England. Experience tea and cake in Harrogate; witness the creation of Steel in Sheffield; enjoy a guided walking tour through the Peak District and shop till you drop in the modern city of Leeds. England’s largest county will have divine lasting affect on you.

The Heart of England

The vibrant multi-national city of Leicester to what is regarded as the Venice of England – Cambridge, this is a cultural experience is its fullest sense. A real eye opener as we settle near Northampton, famous for its Carlsberg brewery and manufacturing of shoes. Not far is the English civil war town of Market Harborough and Foxton Locks. Europe’s largest man-made Lake Rutland Water is close by too, perhaps a bicycle ride or sailing on the water itself, the choice is yours. We make sure you also experience the Georgian town of Stamford and the once declared city of the future – Milton Keynes. This is a real gem not to be missed.

Where England meets Wales – clash of the titans are unleashed! Castles galore and coastal views are ever present during this sensational holiday experience. Our home for the next ten days is Chester, a city that mirrors the wonders of York. From here you will discover some of the most amazing fortified medieval castles ever build, from Caemarfon to Conwy as well as an incredible visit to Portmeirion; the famous resort filmed for the classic UK hit show – The Prisoner. Ever wanted to know where The Beatles came from? You’ll find out during a visit to Liverpool and later bare witness the glazing lights of the most famous seaside resort, Blackpool.
